Many companies get behind staff who take on personal challenges – it’s great to see employees pushing themselves. There are also surprisingly positive results for businesses when individuals set themselves personal goals and achieve them.
When employees take on a personal challenge to raise money for charity, employers can get fully behind them by match funding. It spreads more than a sprinkle of goodwill. As well as having tangible benefits for businesses, it’s obviously great news for charities too.
