A look back at Kangaroos post-lockdown summer of fun

We had everything crossed when lockdown restrictions were lifted back in March 2021 that we would be able to enjoy a summer of fun. We are so grateful that all of our hopes and dreams came true!

We’ve had an absolutely brilliant summer jam-packed with activities, day trips and most importantly, we were over the moon to be able to run our fabulous residential trips to Hindleap Warren. Over July and August the number of face to face activities and clubs we were able to provide was much greater than we had originally hoped for. In August alone we delivered an amazing 5,059 person / hours of care across 62 sessions!

The highlight of the summer was undoubtedly the three residential trips to Hindleap Warren. We wanted to share our joy about the summer we’ve had, so here’s a little a gallery of our summer highlights.
